Some of my teachers helped pave the way for me to fulfil my dreams and become a musician performing all over the world. Therefore when the chance came to start teaching the piano and the opportunity to inspire others came along, it felt completely right. I am currently the piano tutor at St James and St Peters schools, in Exeter and run my own private teaching practice in mid Devon.

Teaching and sharing my love for music has always been a part of my job that I really enjoy, and I feel privileged to be able to share my experience with the the next generation of musicians. I aspire to offer some inspiration to encourage students to get into music and discover what it can offer them and what they can offer others. Whether it's help learning pop music by ear, developing your theory knowledge, or studying for your ABRSM Grades, I can help.

I am currently available for tuition through the music programme at both St James and St Peters in Exeter but also for private tuition during the evenings. I teach throughout Devon and have students ranging from ages 6 to 47.

I graduated with a BA Hons in Music (Bath 2005), and am DBS Certified. I am registered with the DBS update service where you can view my certificate. Each year as part of my school work I complete mandatory safety training I have also completed my level 2 certified training in Safeguarding Young People. In addition to this I also have certificates with the Musician Union and NSPCC on safe teaching practices.
